Please HELP regarding (BILL WISE LEDGER)

am using tally 7.2. was workin 100% perfect ......... but when i rewrite to recover data error.

error gone n started workin again.

but now am unable to print (BILL WISE LEDGER)
even i cant see on screen (BILL WISE LEDGER)
using shortcuts on tally gateway (D -> A-> L->) select LEDGER
its not showing (DETAILED LEDGER)

and the (BILL WISE) option on right side pane is disabled....

please help me to sort it out.

Somebody had asked about Help file not being accessible. I also faced this issue. I was able to download but when I click on a topic, it used to show "page not found".

I have got the solution from the microsoft site. Please see below.

After you download the chm file,

Right-click the CHM file, and then click Properties.
Click Unblock.
Double-click the .chm file to open the file

Now you should be able to view the help files.

I have Tally 9.0. while migrating from tally 7.2 to 9.0 i get an error saying Software error not able to acess Tally License server and migration stops.

Tally Help should work.. Download the file from the link given to right pane from Download section. Its Tally9 R1 Help file.

Also .. I have the same problem, Multi Account Printing seems desabled.

Please suggest.
