It requires great deal of care and time.
More over anyone cannot solve this puzzle fully. what i suggest is to contact any expert around you. They may charge some fee but it would be worth investing.

Some time ago, I had problem in Tally 7.2. When I create some specific vouchers then at that time it was giving error and come out of that.

I tried all the way.. by taking backup of original files in saperate locations and restored most recent BACKUP but same problem continues.

But I did a trick, I checked my disk using chkdsk (you can also use scan Disk in windows) and fixed some allocation problem.

And I was surprised to see, restored one which was giving problem ran ok.

This way..you can try..

But first take backup and then try.
