Follow below steps to resolve this issue.

Take Backup of your Tally Data then Simply Delete all .TSF files in that particular Company Data in the Tally Directory.

Right click the Tally shortcut in the Desktop, goto properties, Copy the Tally .exe path which is in the Target Box. (for e.g C:tally.erp9tally.exe)

Then --> goto Start--> Run--> Paste press space and type the Tally full data path and press space 0 (C:tally.erp9tally.exe C:tally.erp9Data 0).

Press enter.

When tally opens, press ctrl+alt+R.

Choose the company that you are getting the error msg.

After rewirte process completed your problem solved.

Dear sir ,

I need assistance for my tally 7.2 data . I have migrated my data from one hard drive to another . In the old drive the data is working perfectly fine but in the new drive its not opening or showing the data .
Now my old drive is also not working but somehow i manage to get the data folder but when i open it says no company .
Pls help what can i do .
