We have installed Tally.9 ERP 1.6 and it has been working fine untill when we later upgraded to 1.6.1 then all users with internet access keep complaining of Tally hanging meanwhile other local users not connected to the internet are working fine.
Please help as this is really coursing a lot of problems and business is at stake.

i then called up the customer care reagarding the details. after the discussion with them, i found that once i upgrade to tally 9 erp and if the software is faulty as mentioned by mahen then i cannot come back to tally 9 older version. already tally 9 older version has lot of flaws but still i can cope up with it. but once i upgrade i will have no other option. tally people should look into the above matter and make the note of it. I do not understand how can anybody compromise with the accounting software. When we can go for office 2007 even after we will convert that office 2007 file to office 2003 , for ex: if I create a excel file like roop.xlsx then I am able to convert it to roop.xls, then why not Tally ?? if anyone finds office 2007 package not suitable then he can switch bank to older office package. but in your case we cannot do it.
