If your mouse is not functioning then for reaching to tally you have to know few keyboard commands for windows and windows explorer. Alternatively you can select any item on desktop b repeatedly pressing the Tab key. When any folder on desktop is selected the you can move to tally shortcut icon by arrow keys.
