In my one of the older articles I have explained the process of Buying Tally online with Credit card. I have seen that people have started buying attempts online via link provided by Tally but failed. In ApniTally also there were almost 50 instances of failure. When inquired it was found that only credit cards were accepted in this process.
Now a good news is there for online buyers.
Now debit cum shopping cards from various banks are also accepted by Tally’s sites. Here is the list of banks who’s debit cards are accepted.

I doubt if debit cards are accepted, i got error while processing.
You must check the bank, if this is in the list shown above then it would be done.
More over you cannot buy international edition while using Indian debit cards.
